Heater Repair Service - How it works

Please reach out to Mellor Online via phone or email regarding your heater issue, and one of our heater experts will provide a complimentary consultation to discuss the fault. In many cases, we can diagnose the problem over the phone and offer advice accordingly. However, if the issue cannot be resolved remotely, please follow the four steps below.

 

There is a testing fee of £40.00 plus VAT for heater diagnostics. Upon receiving your unit, the turnaround time for repair is typically 2-3 working days, depending on the nature of the fault. During busy periods, please allow up to 1 week for completion.

 

To track the progress of your repair, please refer to our daily updated repair time indicator below. This tool will provide an approximate timeframe for when your heater will be repaired after we receive your unit.

Repair TIme Indicator : Your heater unit will be repaired within 2 working days of its arrival. Please note that our repair center will be closed for maintenance from May 24th to July 8th. To ensure your heater is repaired before our annual shutdown, kindly send it in no later than Monday, May 20th. Any submissions received after this date will be processed upon our return.
