Eberspacher Hydronic 1 (D5WSC) to Hydrodnic 3 (D5E) 12v 5kw (Diesel) with brushless motor retro changeover kit
Third-generation fuel-powered water heater with 5 kW heating power for use in passenger cars and transporters. The heater is used to heat the interior of the vehicle (cab) and the engine and to de-ice the windows (defrost). Compact heaters for tight installation spaces, like the water pump and fuel metering pump, are installed separately. The fuel can be taken directly from the return line using the admission-pressure-resistant metering pump. There is no need to install a separate fuel tank extractor. This saves a considerable amount of time during installation.
The standard heater is suitable for normal heating operation up to an altitude of 1500 meters, for operation above 1500 is possible with the EasyStart Pro controller
This is a genuine Eberspacher kit that has been designed to replace a faulty, or old D5WSC water heater and change it over to the new Hydrodnic 3 D5E CS model, without the need to replace it it any exciting installation components, which may already be installed into your current application. This system will work with your existing controller, which uses the yellow wire to switch the heater on/off, or we have added an extra plug lead, to enable this system to work with the new Easystart Pro controller, if you wish to upgrade.

UK Next day delivery is available for all orders placed before 3.30pm subject to stock levels and cleared payment; although the vast majority of next day deliveries will arrive the next working day, please note that this service is not guaranteed. Orders placed after 3.30pm will be dispatched the following working day on a next day service.

Our UK regular carrier delivery service is provided by Parcelforce but we may use other carrier company depending on where you live in the UK, to enable us to get you the best price and fastest service. Once you have received an email confirmation to say your order has been dispatched, you will also be informed by the delivery company, then you will receive your order by the end of the next working day. Orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday – except Bank Holidays. Please aware that our courier service is based on a next day service only, but in some areas in the UK it may take up 2 days depending on your location. A signature will be required.
1 Hour predict service
When we use Parcelforce to send your parcels out, they will provide all our customers with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS or email, so they don't have to wait in all day, plus a list of inflight options, so you have more control over your delivery.
Our standard UK delivery service is with the Royal Mail 24 Hour service and once dispatched it will be with you between 1 to 3 working days. Royal Mail 48 Hour will take 2-3 days A signature is not required. All overseas orders up to 1kg will go out via Royal Mail international Track and Signed service, please allow 3-5 days. A signature will be required.
How do I return an item?
If you wish to return goods, you must inform Mellor Online of your intention to return your order by either phone, email or post within the 14 (fourteen) day cooling off period.
You will then receive confirmation from Mellor Online and given authorisation to return goods, please quote and include your original invoice number. We will only except goods back for refund in an unused, unopened condition.
Once we have received goods we will then issue you a full refund less any delivery charges. (You will be required to return goods at your cost by an insured and trackable method) If goods are not received we will only consider a request for refund on proof of completed receipt/delivery of goods to Mellor Online from your nominated courier.
CANCELLATIONS and RETURNS - from our Online shop

You have the right to cancel your order within a 14 (fourteen) day "cooling off period", which starts the day after you receive your items.
If you wish to cancel under the UK Consumer Protections (Distance selling) Regulations 2000, you must inform Mellor Online of your intention to cancel your order by either phone, email or post within the 14 (fourteen) day cooling off period.
You will then receive confirmation from Mellor Online and given authorisation to return goods, please quote and include your original invoice number. We will only except goods back in a re-saleable condition.
Once we have received goods we will then issue you a full refund less any delivery charges. (You will be required to return goods at your cost by an insured and trackable method) If goods go missing we will only consider a
request for refund on proof of completed receipt/delivery of goods to Mellor Online from your nominated courier.
If you are unable to arrange a return, please contact us. We can arrange collection on your behalf but a charge will be made which will be deducted from your refund total.
If a delivery charge was made on the original purchase this will not be refunded as this is a service which is concluded at the point of order.
Orders that have already been processed and/or despatched cannot be cancelled; they must be returned to Mellor Online for refund following receipt of goods by customer.
We will do our very best to assist and enable a quick refund process upon receipt of returned items.

All costs relating to return shipping of correctly supplied goods shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Mellor Online are not responsible for any shipping or insurance charges relating to return of goods.
Please be aware that Mellor Online may NOT be able to accept for full or partial refund/credit any items that have been prior installed by the customer before return.
Such goods/components shall be deemed 'used' and therefore unable for subsequent resale.
Specifically, but not exclusively, the return of prior installed electronic items used for purchaser diagnostic or trouble-shooting purposes shall not be considered for full refund.
The decision to refund or partially refund prior installed items shall remain solely at the discretion of Mellor Online.
The decision to refund or partially refund goods returned beyond 14 days after original date of sale shall remain solely at the discretion of Mellor Online.

When ordering goods from Mellor Online for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
