    Faster charging 

    With the Webasto Pure charging station, you can charge up to 10 times faster than with a conventional domestic socket.

    Simple Operation 

    The Webasto Pure can be installed easily, without any complex configurations. Once installed, you can charge your electric car with a handle. The multicolored LEDs show the current operating status at all times.

    Integrated cable suspension 

    Webasto thinks simply: here the charging station itself becomes the cable suspension. Wrap the charging cable twice around the wall box and it's tidy.

    Access control 

    You can easily lock the Webasto Pure charging station with the key. This allows you to determine who charges at your charging station.

    Configurable charging power 

    The charging power of the charging station must be matched to the upstream installation and fuse protection in order to exclude system overloads and overhead fuses. With Webasto, you can easily set the charging power between 3.7 and 11 kW via DIP switches.

    Charge electric cars with a type-2 plug 

    With the Webasto Pure charging station, you can charge all-electric cars with a type 2 plug. Nissan, along with European car manufacturers, has now started to install the type 2 plugin in its new models in Europe. The charging cable is pre-integrated into the wall box. Simply plugin and get charging.

    Our UK regular courier delivery service is provided by UPS but we may use other courier companies depending on where you live in the UK, to enable us to get you the best price and fastest service. Once you have received an email confirmation to say your order has been dispatched, you will also be informed by the delivery company, then you will receive your order by the end of the next working day. Orders sent on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday – except Bank Holidays. Please aware that our courier service is based on a next day service only, but in some areas in the UK it may take up 2 days depending on your location. A signature will be required. Please note: at the checkout area an additional surcharge may be added on top of our base UK postage rate from UPS, depending on what zone you live in. This additional amount is billed to us direct from our carrier, as they class these areas as remote. The additional surcharges only apply to parcels sent via UPS, £8.23 for Zone 2 and £11.22 for Zone to the postcodes outlined in this document.

    1 Hour predict service
    When we use UPS  to send your parcels out, they will provide all our customers with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS or email, so they don't have to wait in all day, plus a list of inflight options, so you have more control over your delivery.  

    Royal Mail
    Our standard UK delivery service is with the Royal Mail 24 Hour service and once dispatched it will be with you between 1 to 3 working days. Royal Mail 48 Hour will take 2-3 days A signature is not required. All overseas orders up to 1kg will go out via Royal Mail international Track and Signed service, please allow 3-5 daysA signature will be required.

    How do I return an item?

    If you wish to return goods, you must inform Mellor Online of your intention to return your order by either phone, email or post within the 14 (fourteen) day cooling off period.

    You will then receive confirmation from Mellor Online and given authorisation to return goods, please quote and include your original invoice number. We will only except goods back for refund in an unused, unopened condition.

    Once we have received goods we will then issue you a full refund less any delivery charges. (You will be required to return goods at your cost by an insured and trackable method) If goods are not received we will only consider a request for refund on proof of completed receipt/delivery of goods to Mellor Online from your nominated courier.

    Returns Policy

    CANCELLATIONS and RETURNS - from our Online shop

    You have the right to cancel your order within a 14 (fourteen) day "cooling off period", which starts the day after you receive your items.

    If you wish to cancel under the UK Consumer Protections (Distance selling) Regulations 2000, you must inform Mellor Online of your intention to cancel your order by either phone, email or post within the 14 (fourteen) day cooling off period.

    You will then receive confirmation from Mellor Online and given authorisation to return goods, please quote and include your original invoice number. We will only except goods back in a re-saleable condition.

    Once we have received goods we will then issue you a full refund less any delivery charges. (You will be required to return goods at your cost by an insured and trackable method) If goods go missing we will only consider a
    request for refund on proof of completed receipt/delivery of goods to Mellor Online from your nominated courier.

    If you are unable to arrange a return, please contact us. We can arrange collection on your behalf but a charge will be made which will be deducted from your refund total.

    If a delivery charge was made on the original purchase this will not be refunded as this is a service which is concluded at the point of order.

    Orders that have already been processed and/or despatched cannot be cancelled; they must be returned to Mellor Online for refund following receipt of goods by customer.

    We will do our very best to assist and enable a quick refund process upon receipt of returned items.
